Our story
Two decades on the Dalmatian market
Dijana Uvanovic has worked as a real estate agent in Dalmatia since 2003. In 2016 she founded Real Estate Cro (Pravi klik j.d.o.o.), a boutique agency based in Sinj, to serve buyers and sellers with the care a large portal cannot offer.
Today the agency offers apartments, villas, building land, farmland and commercial spaces across the Dalmatian coast and islands, the Dalmatian hinterland, Istra & Kvarner and Zagreb, and has guided more than 700 sales to completion.
If a purchased property needs renovation, or you are buying as an investment, we stay at your side beyond the sale: construction overseeing, permits, translation and cost management are part of the service.
