1. Who we are

Real Estate Cro is the trading name of Pravi klik j.d.o.o., Glavice 568, 21230 Sinj, Croatia, OIB 96561083715, registered at the Commercial Court in Split under MBS 060347233, represented by director Dijana Uvanović. Office: Alkarski dvori, Put Petrovca 12, 21230 Sinj.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry, viewing and valuation forms: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), preferred language, the property you ask about and your message; for a valuation also the type, location and approximate size of your property.
• E-mail, WhatsApp and phone: the details you give us in that conversation.
• Every visit: technical data the server records automatically (IP address, browser, date and time, page requested) to keep the site secure and working.
• Saved properties (the heart icon) stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to find, show or sell a property for you - steps taken at your request before or under a brokerage agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), together with the consent you give in the form (art. 6(1)(a)).
• To meet our legal duties as a licensed real estate agency, such as keeping brokerage records and identifying clients under the anti-money laundering rules (art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the website secure and to detect misuse - our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives it

Our hosting and e-mail provider (Hostinger), which stores the website and our mailbox on our behalf under a data processing agreement. When a sale goes ahead, and only as far as needed: the other party to the transaction, notaries, lawyers, banks, surveyors and public authorities.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for automated decisions and do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a brokerage agreement: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
• Brokerage agreements, client identification and accounting records: for the periods required by Croatian law (up to 11 years).
• Server logs: for a short period, normally up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Write to info@real-estate-cro.com - we reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority: Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website sets no advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to remember the properties you save and your cookie choice.

Website statistics

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages are useful. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept up to 2 years) and receives a shortened IP address; Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Separately, and without cookies, our own server counts page views and clicks on the phone, e-mail and WhatsApp buttons, to know how many people the website reaches. Nothing is stored on your device, no IP address is kept and the count cannot recognise you on another day; the counts stay on our server and are not shared.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the law or our services change. The current version is always on this page.
